partially decorated underwater Ayleid home featuring waterfalls, underwater
"views," unique features, and other secret things for you to discover.
You may reach the Avai Rii Docks from a travel boat near the outskirts
of Leyawiin, in Blackwood to the south below the city walls. There
is more than one way to gain entrance to the Avai Rii home. However,
the one known way is through a tunnel grate on the floor of the
ocean. Be prepared with water breathing during your first visit.

Anvil Texture Replacer Final

a long-term plan for revitalizing the Empire, the Imperial Council
orders the city of Anvil to get cleaned up.”
This is a texture replacer that changes the look of Anvil to look
newer, brighter and cleaner. We used high quality images but kept
the resolution comparable to Bethesda's original textures, so it
will not create any new lag.
In additon to new Anvil textures, we've included new ship textures
to go with the new docks.
There are two optional folders, including a texture/mesh patch
for those using the Natural Interiors v0.9.5 or newer and a Windows
Glow (compliments to Texian's Windows Glow mod) folder to give the
appearance of glowing windows at night. The nighttime screenshots
in the gallery somewhat portray the glow effect. Version:

Basement Section Texture Replacer

DOWNLOAD “With
so much focus on external improvements in Anvil, many citizens have
neglected their basements.”
This is a texture replacer that changes most basements to look
murkier, muddier and moldier. We used high quality images but kept
the resolution comparable to Bethesda's original textures, so it
will not create any new lag.
This also includes a couple meshes to correct some minor issues.
It is not required, but this texture replacer is meant to compliment
the Anvil Texture replacer by kalikut & pekka. Version:

| Cauldrons Resource | DOWNLOAD This
resource includes four different "soup" textures and four variants
of cauldron textures. Each version has a static version and an animated
steam version. It is up to you, the modder, which to use. Keep in
mind that the animated version can potentially affect FPS if your
cells are too cluttered.
An optional esp is provided for those interested in previewing
the steaming cauldrons in the Construction Set or in the game. Version:

| Full Upper Class Wall Shelves |

This is a resource of upper class wall shelves with books included in the mesh for easy
creation of libraries or general interior decorating. This should reduce the amount of hand placing books into mods. There are 2 versions of the narrow
wall shelves, 4 of the wide, and 1 of the arched shelves. They can be used as statics or containers in the game. No esp included.
This mod uses meshes and textures from Phoenix Amon's Book Jackets. You will need to download the mod. Installing will not replace or conflict with
any existing book jackets mods. See installation section of readme for further details. There's both a Standard and High Resolution download.

| Colovian Heights Mansion |

To say this is a house mod is an understatement. The house is actually a mansion with a small quest
involved. Getting there may be easy, depending on your character's level, but you will soon discover there is a bit of time and money involved.
In one way, this mod is a showcase for all the resources I've created for it. It's a home designed for experienced players with some time and money on their
hands. The house is located on the top of Colovian Mountains above Cloud Top. There is no set way to get to the mansion, but the best way to get to there is go
to Cloud Top and follow a rocky path to the east of Cloud Top, north up the mountain, the west through a winding, hilly path. The player will find the
interior gutted and ruined and will have to hire Servants to help restore it.
The mansion features servants, a bar, a kitchen, a storage vault, visitor's quarters with dining, beds and a bathroom, the master's bedroom with a
walk-in closet, a great bath/pool room, a sitting lounge, a true library, an art gallery, and formal dining. The exterior features a closed in patio,
beautiful flora, a small garden, and an awning with a scenic overlook off the edge of the Cyrodill border. Version:

| Beds Resource & In-game Replacer |

Firstly, this is a resource of beds with unique blankets and some additional pillows on
upper class beds. These can be used in personal or released mods with proper credits. I've provided an kalikuts_beds.esm that your mods can be dependent
on to reduce conflicts. See Mod Uses & Releasing within the readme for more details on how to use this resource.
The other part of this mod contains an optional ingame bed replacer. The esp replaces a large portion of beds in the game, which were all hand picked
and adjusted. I also left alone some of the beds in case you use a texture replacer and would still like to see them in use. This way, it creates a
greater visual variety. Be aware that using the ingame bed replacer could cause mod conflicts. Version:
