Description: After the great battle at Red Mountain, a few lucky Chimer from a small island in Azura's Coast escaped the curse that turned the ancient Chimer race into the dour, gray faced Dunmer we know today. Why Azura spared them from the curse is still a mystery, but because of this, they are noted for their luck and sanctuary ability. voices for the Chimer of Light. A playable NPC version of the COL_Voices,
places several NPCs throughout the game (warning: may or may not
be lore friendly). Chimer NPCs placed in the game will now respond
to you. Requires version 2 of the Chimer of Light race
(the tattoos .esp). Note: The Resource and Combat mods require some version of the Chimer of Light race in order for it to work.
